KnowHow mentorship increases GSMEA's organizational capacity

TBILISI, Georgia - Kakha Kokhreidze, the 1st Vice President and Executive of the Georgian Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Association (GSMEA), highlighted GSMEA's experience as a KnowHow mentee on the CIPE development blog. Since starting the mentorship in December 2011, GSMEA has improved its capacity in the following areas: membership recruitment strategy, strategic planning, partnering with the public sector, improved bylaws for better operations, and publicity.
